KWM's Aller joins MJ Hudson to open Paris office
MJ Hudson has appointed Benjamin Aller from King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) to set up a new office in Paris.
Aller spent 14 years with KWM, where he founded the firm's Paris office and led its investment funds practice in the Middle East.
Prior to joining KWM in 2001 as an associate, when the firm was known as SJ Berwin, Aller was an associate at Salans where he began focusing on private fund formation.
MJ Hudson was set up in 2010 by senior partner Matthew Hudson, and focuses exclusively on alternative assets.
