FINLAND - Finnish Industry Investment appoints investment director
The Finnish government-owned investment company Finnish Industry Investments has promoted Anne Reikki to investment director.
Finnish Industry Investment has a total of EUR 600m in investment commitments. Of the EUR 550m in fund subscriptions, 18% is in early-stage funds, 45% in growth funds, and 17% in buyout funds. The remaining 20% is managed by FII's own two funds: Start Fund I Ky, and Rahasto Ky fund which it manages together with Finnish pension institutions.
The investor made it's first commitment to a direct secondary fund earlier this year, committing EUR 10m to Verdane Capital's seventh fund.
