Waterland Private Equity Investments has sold sds business services GmbH to Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) Inc for EUR 46m, with ACS also assuming liabilities to purchase sds.

Founded in 1969, sds specialises in fully outsourced data centre and infrastructure services, including application hosting and maintenance, system design and integration, IT consulting, and IT lifecycle management. Additionally, it has broad expertise in SAP consulting and integration services, as well as customised software development. The company reported revenues of approximately $40m.
