Vision's Van de Steen joins SVP

Van de Steen was previously operating partner and head of the portfolio management committee at Vision. Prior to that, he was a director and operating partner at KKR / Capstone. Previous roles include four years with McKinsey and six years in the communication networks divisions at Siemens.

Van de Steen holds an MSc in electronics engineering from Katholik Universiteit Leuven in Belgium and a master of business administration from Insead in France.
