GERMANY – Cerberus sells Peguform to Polytec
Cerberus Capital Management has sold auto parts manufacturer Peguform Group to Austrian strategic investor Polytec Holding AG for an undisclosed amount.
Bötzingen-based Peguform Group employs around 7,000 staff and reported a turnover of EUR 1.4bn in 2007.. The company manufactures systems and modules for the interior and exterior of cars across 18 locations across Europe, Brazil and Mexico, as well as three joint ventures in Spain, Portugal and China. Main customers include Seat, Audi, VW and BMW.
