ITALY - ACP Capital to launch renewable energy fund
ACP Capital has the launch of a dedicated renewable energy assets fund. The vehicle will focus on the acquisition and development of renewable energy companies in Italy and Southern Europe.
ACP Capital's infrastructure business, ACP Capital Infrastructure (ACPI) has invested EUR 50m in the fund. The fund will be co-managed by NextEnergy Capital SaRL. ACPI, launched in April 2008 and will invest throughout Europe in infrastructure assets such as railcars, containers, transport and renewable energy.
