FRANCE - IRDI-ISCO purchases Bernard Dumas for EUR 10m
IRDI-ISCO Private Equity, alongside company management, has purchased microfiber component manufacturer Bernard Dumas from Arjowiggins, a subsidiary of Sequana, for EUR 10m.
Bernard Dumas is involved in the production of microfiber components used for air filtration and battery separation. The company has 40 employees and generated sales of EUR 13.5 m in 2007.
