UK - Lyceum exits SPI Group

The business was acquired by integrated energy company npower, part of the RWE Group.

Lyceum bought SPI in 2007 and expanded it to serving approximately 80,000 homes. The company provides mechanical and electrical installation and repair and maintenance services to the social housing market. Financial details on the transaction have not been disclosed.
