FRANCE - 3i cedes PriceMinister venture
3i has ceded its interest in PriceMinister, a price comparison website, back to the founders and current investors Quilvest and Atlas Ventures.
3i led a consortium of investors in a EUR 7m second round of financing in the company in 2005. The current divestment is in line with 3i's strategy shift away from venture investments.
