FRANCE - Fondinvest hires new partner

La Torre joins from Proventure, a mid market fund-of-funds of which she was a founder. During her time at Proventure she raised two funds and managed a separate account for some Nordic institutions, with EUR 1bn of assets under management.

Prior to Proventure, Lewis La Torre worked in Italy as an investment director for ABN AMRO Capital Investments and Sofipa, Unicredit's private equity division. She had previously worked as marketing director for the EVCA in Brussels and an investment manager at Cinven.
