
UK - Colliers Capital further strengthens senior team
Colliers Capital has announced the appointment of Bob Bowden as Chairman with effect from January 2008.
Bowden joins the company following 15 years as head of investment with property developers and real estate investors British Land, where he has also been a member of the board of directors for 10 years. He has also previously worked for Conrad Ritblat and Co as a senior partner.
The appointment follows the the arrival in July of Elliot Caldwell as CEO from ING Real Estate. The new senior team will be working to expand the UK-based business, as well as to build an international fund management brand. the firm currently has assets under management totalling £700m, with further fund launches and joint ventures expected in the early new year.
