FRANCE - FPG-LFPI sells Cognon-Morin to BSN Medical

The Chatellerault-based company had been acquired by the investors in a BIMBO in February 2002. CIC Investissement, the founding family and the company's management have all sold their entire stakes in the business.

With less than 150 staff, the company records annual sales of around EUR 20-30m.
