FRANCE - New law office: cabinet Bremond
Guilhem Bremond, former head of the turnaround division of cabinet Veil Jourde, has announced the creation of cabinet Bremond.
The new law firm will specialise in private equity, turnarounds and shareholder conflicts, working on either side of the table. The firm’s lawyers have extensive experience in this field having among others worked on Finactive’s acquisition of Manoir Industries, Lagassé Industries’s acquisition of EADS’s industrial telecom branch and the sale of Pier Import to Groupe Foirfouille. Guilhem Bremond is secretary of the Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (ARE) and a member of Association Française des Investisseurs en Capital (AFIC).
