FRANCE - Cinven looks to cash in French cable
Cinven is said to have mandated Morgan Stanley and Rothschild to sell half of its stake in French cable monopoly Numericable, in a deal which could raise EUR 2bn for the buyout house.
The deal is said to include Euronext-listed B2B telecommunications operator Completel, acquired by cable group Altice and Cinven for EUR 724m at the end of the summer.
