SWEDEN - FSN Capital acquires 65% of battery charger manufacturer
FSN Capital II has acquired 65% of the shares in CTEK/Creater Group, a manufacturer of battery chargers and product consultant, for an undisclosed value. The founder, Bengt Wahlqvist, will retain the balance of the shares.
