GERMANY – Duke Forest divests O3SIS
Duke Forest Capital has sold its portfolio company O3SIS AG, a provider of carrier-grade mobile software solutions, to listed Gemalto NV for an undisclosed amount.
Duke Forest invested in O3SIS in 1996 and supported the company through several funding rounds. In 2005, the company's founders and Duke Forest consolidated the shareholder base and provided new growth capital.
Overrath-based O3SIS is a provider of carrier grade personal data management solutions to mobile network operators. With more than one billion personal data records managed and more than 300 devices supported, its software suite allows consumers on the move to access and share any kind of personal data.
