GERMANY - Rutland acquires CeDo from Delton
Rutland Partners has acquired the CeDo group of companies, a manufacturer of household disposables, from Delton AG, for an undisclosed sum.
Debt financing to support the deal was provided by Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance and Indigo Capital LLP. The deal marks the third investment from Rutland's £322 fund, Rutland Fund II.
The transaction is conditional on regulatory approval, and is expected to close within three months.
