FRANCE - Close Brothers mandated to sell Pizza Pino
Astorg Partners has reportedly mandated corporate financier Close Brothers to sell its portfolio company Pizza Pino.
In a FFr 95m buyout (cEUR 15m) in September 1999, Astorg acquired 75% of the business in exchange for a FFr 30m equity investment. The remaining FFr 65m was used to restructure existing debt.
The news was reported in the French press.
