AUSTRIA - Gilde Buy Out Partners acquires Powerlines
Gilde Buy Out Partners has agreed to acquire technical infrastructure services company Powerlines Group in a secondary buyout from Invest Equity for an undisclosed amount.
Powerlines Group, which is headquartered in Vienna, mainly produces catenary systems for mass and main line transit, as well as high voltage transmission lines. In 2008, the company reported a turnover of around EUR 125m with a staff of 800.
