UK - Permira to raise HMV bid, say reports
Press reports suggest that Permira is preparing a 200 pence a share revised bid for HMV, the book and music retail chain.
It is understood that Permira is considering raising its original 190 pence a share bid for the group. Permira's initial offer was rejected by the board of HMV which claimed it undervalued the business.
