FRANCE - Abénex Capital strengthens team
Jérome Vandermarcq has joined Abénex Capital as manager.
Vandermarcq joins the firm from the acquisition finance department at Natixis, where he worked with ABN AMRO Capital Finance (renamed Abénex Capital) on a number of deals including the refinancing of Onduline in 2007.
Vandermarcq started his career in 2002 at Sodica as an analyst in the M&A department covering small to mid-cap companies.
