FRANCE - Apax acquires facility management specialist
Apax Partners SA has completed the acquisition of facility management specialist Faceo group for an undisclosed sum.
Apax's invesment was supported by senior debt facilities provided by Société Général and mezzanine debt supplied by Indigo. The new investors are planning to grow the company through organically and through strategic acquisitions.
The Faceo group provides facilities management services across europe, with over 130,000 users and a client portfolio which includes France Telecom, Nestlé and Siemens among others.
