UK - Alchemy in exit from ICS Triplex
Alchemy has agreed to sell portfolio company ICS Triplex to Rockwell European Holdings Ltd for £105m. The sale of the process control systems service company follows Alchemy's disposal of another part of the ICS business in 2005 when it sold Transmitton to Siemens. ICS Triplex generated revenues of £57m and a trading profit in excess of £6m in its last financial year.
