Palamon appoints new CFO

Bell, 48, will be responsible for developing the appropriate financial strategies and structures for Palamon and its portfolio of investments.

Bell joins Palamon from Compass Partners, where he was financial director for over seven years. Prior to Compass, he spent eleven years working in senior positions within the UK financial services sector, including as finance director of the private equity firm, Legal and General Ventures Limited and chief financial officer of J. Rothschild Holdings where he was involved in the formation of two quoted investment trusts.
