UK – Fountain reaches first closing of maiden fund at EUR 75m
Irish Fountain Healthcare Partners has announced the first closing of its maiden fund Fountain Healthcare Partners I at EUR 75m.
The Dublin and New York-based vehicle is set at a target of EUR 100m, will invest in Europe and will have a strong emphasis on the life science sector (specialty pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices and diagnostics) in Ireland. The fund will seek to commit between EUR 500,000 and EUR 7m per transaction.
