UK - Dunedin invests £9m in Formaplex
Dunedin has invested ТЃ9m in Formula 1 and prototyping specialist Formaplex. The deal represents Dunedin's seventh investment in a specialist engineering business.
Havant-based Formaplex provides a rapid turnaround service to engineering and product development customers including all UK-based Formula 1 teams. Currently the company employs 40 people and has a forecast turnover of £8m having demonstrated growth of nearly 40 per cent per annum since its inception in 2001.
