
ITALY/FRANCE - 360° Capital closes fund on EUR 100m+
360° Capital Partners has announced the closing of its latest vehicle on over EUR 100m.
The 360° Capital Partners fund is a venture vehicle set to invest in France and Italy. Transactions will range between EUR 2-5m of first or second round financing in high growth innovative projects; 10% of the fund might be invested in small-medium public companies and 5% is dedicated to seed stage companies.
Investors that had committed at the time of the first closing included: CDC Enterprises, Credit Suisse, Partners Group, Gruppo Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, Wiltshire Associates (US), Paul Capital (US), and Coller Capital (UK). New commitments have come from the European Investment Fund, Assurance Generales de France (AGF) of Allianz Group, Banca Sella Group and Natixis.
