UK - Geocapital and HgCapital sell loss-making Axiom
Geocapital and HgCapital have sold service fulfillment software Axiom Systems Holding Ltd to Finnish telecom software solutions provider Comptel for ТЃ7m in an all-equity deal.
Axiom produces software for broadband communications service providers. Net sales in 2007 were £7.8m and EBITDA was negative. Comptel will pay between £4m and £16m in cash and shares to Geocapital Partners, Hg Capital and Axiom's management if Axiom's audited net sales are more than €13.5m in 2008.
