FRANCE - Iris Capital exits Vox Mobili
Iris Capital and other investors have sold Vox Mobili to OnMobile. Vox Mobili, a software solutions provider specialising in personal mobile data management, was set up in 2000 with financing led by Iris Capital and including several other European venture capital firms. This acquisition provides an exit for the syndicate, which includes XAnge, Alven Capital, Innovacom, Société Générale Capital Partenaires and Société Générale Asset Management.
The company has over 21 platforms worldwide and has issued over 20 million licences for their products globally. The deal adds a number of impressive international customers, including Orange, T-Mobile, France Telecom and Wanadoo, to OnMobile's customer portfolio, and will strengthen their position as market leader in the Telecom Value Added Services Industry.
