BELGIUM – AXA PE acquires Sfinc from Gimv
AXA Private Equity, alongside company management and Axxess Partners, has purchased a majority stake in Belgian food company Sfinc from Gimv.
Gimv originally took a majority share in the company in 2004, alongside buy-in manager Chris De Wolf. Over the course of the investment company turnover has increased from EUR 15 to EUR 35m.
