SPAIN - MCH sells Qualytel to Bertelsmann
According to reports, MCH Private Equity has sold call centre business Qualytel Teleservices to German media group Bertelsmann's Arvato unit for an undisclosed sum.
Qualytel Teleservices provides outsourcing, customer relations management and telemarketing services and operates call centres, contact centres and Web servicing units. The company has customers in the telecommunications, finance and utilities sector as well as public contracts on national and local levels. The business ranks among the top services companies in Spain, employing around 6,000 staff and achieving annual turnover of EUR 116m in 2006.
