FRANCE - NI Partners exits CBM
NI Partners has exited its investment in Car et Bus Maintenance (CBM), a producer of car and bus parts, in a buyout by management and employees supported by local funds Uni Expansion Ouest and Synergie finance.
Headquartered in Mans and founded in 1986, CBM distributes spare parts for transport vehicles, with a particular focus on buses and coaches. The company generates turnover of EUR 53m.
CBM was bought by Transports Verney in 1995, which was, in turn, purchased by Connex in 2002. NI Partners purchased the company from Connex in July 2005.
