FRANCE - NI Partners exits CBM

The management, led by Alain Fauconnet will take an 80% stake in the company. The deal, which valued the company at around EUR 44m, was supported by a debt provided by CIO.

Headquartered in Mans and founded in 1986, CBM distributes spare parts for transport vehicles, with a particular focus on buses and coaches. The company generates turnover of EUR 53m.

CBM was bought by Transports Verney in 1995, which was, in turn, purchased by Connex in 2002. NI Partners purchased the company from Connex in July 2005.
