
UK - Investec provides senior and mezzanine financing to The Hideaways Club
Investec Private Bank’s growth and acquisition finance division has provided The Hideaways Club with senior and mezzanine financing to enable the club to acquire its first properties before its official launch. The purchase is the first step in The Hideaways Club’s aim to acquire a portfolio of one hundred £1m plus properties with a maximum club membership of 600. The Investec Private Bank finance will be used to purchase 12 luxury residential units around the Mediterranean to be owned and used exclusively by the club members.
