DZ Equity Partner has announced it has acquired a minority stake in European manufacturer of aluminium-based platform and elevator systems Zarges Tubesca Group from Granville Baird Capital Partners. Granville Baird had recently acquired the company from Taros Capital for EUR 156m. This transaction had been undertaken in consultation with DZ Equity Partner, who was therefore able to announce its involvement shortly after the secondary buyout.
