ITALY - Latham &Watkins strengthens finance practice

Agostinelli has 20 years expertise in leveraged finance, banking and restructuring transactions. His clients include Italian and international banks, private equity firms, asset managers and other financial institutions. He joins from Ashurst following 10 years at the firm.

Also joining the law firm from Ashurst are counsel Lorenzo Vernetti, whose practice focuses on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, debt restructurings, real estate finance and corporate banking matters, and Marco Leonardi who comes in as associate.
