FRANCE - Siparex invests in Canifrance
Siparex has invested an undisclosed amount in Canifrance, a producer of pet accessories, alongside Jean-Yves Tréanton and Pascale Meunier in an MBI deal.
Canifrance, based in Roubaix, was founded in 1946 and specialises in the production of accessories for cats and dogs. It was only since 2002 however, through the launch of the up-market Bobby brand, that Canifrance has recorded important growth. The company and the new management team aims to generate EUR 7m within the next five years.
