Crédit Agricole Private Equity has led the acquisition of private care company Cliniques Privées Associées (CPA), alongside a consortium of investors comprising ING Parcom, BNP Paribas Développement, Crédit Mutuel Artea and Daniel Caille, former president of la Générale de Santé.
