ITALY – Arca Imprese acquires 70% stake in clothing retailer
Arca Imprese has acquired a 70% stake in clothing retailer Finalba Store, with the remaining stake being held by the company’s founder Giancarlo Bassi, who will remain the company’s CEO.
Arca Imprese plans to support the organic growth of the company through the opening of new sales points in addition to the 40 already controlled by Finalba. In 2007 the company reported a turnover in excess of EUR 30m.
This is Arca Imprese's second investment this year following the acquisition of Dolciaria D'Orsogna in April.
