GERMANY - White & Case expands private equity and tax team

Hans-Jörg Wittmann, a qualified tax adviser, will advise on national and cross-jurisdictional M&A transactions. Wittmann will also advise on the taxation aspects of private equity deals, as well as general corporate restructuring.

Christoph Kuzaj is a specialist in M&A and private equity transactions. His most recent advice in this area was on the acquisition by STAR Capital Partners of B.U.S Steel Services GmbH from AGOR AG.
