SPAIN/ITALY - Investindustrial appoints general counsel

The position has been newly created at Investindustrial and will see Pierettori take responsiblity for the group's legal, compliance and internal audit functions. He will be based in the Swiss office as part of the investment and monitoring team.

Pierettori previously spent four years at Lehman Brothers where he was head of the Legal, Compliance and Audit division for the Italian operations. Prior to Lehman, he spent four years in New York and London working for the US law firm Davis, Polk and Wardell, advising corporate clients on US-EU cross border issues.

Investindustrial is expecting to further expand and strengthen its team in the coming months.
