SPAIN – N+1 exits Viscofan
N+1 has sold its 5% stake in Viscofan for approximately EUR 40m reportedly doubling its initial investment.
This is the first divestment from the buyout house’s QMC fund. Created in 2003 the fund took minority stakes ranging between 5-10% in various SMEs including Azkoyen, Vidrala, Unipapel, Corporación Dermoestética, and the Portuguese Motta Engil.
