
CEE - Good Energies sells Romanian wind farms for EUR 1.1bn
Good Energies has sold its share in two Romanian wind farms to Czech utility company CEZ for EUR 1.1bn.
The windfarms were developed by Continental Wind Partners, a renewable power developer, for Good Energies. The later will support the partnership with CEZ to develop one of Europe's largest onshore windfarm. The two projects are situated in Fantanele and Cogealac, about 17 kilometre from the Black sea.
