FRANCE - AXA PE, Partech and Orkos to exit B3G
AXA Private Equity, Partech International and Orkos Capital are set to sell telecommunications company B3G Telecom to Altice for an undisclosed sum.
B3G is headquartered in Paris and was founded in 2001. The company offers broadband telephone services, specialising in IP Centrex (voice communications solutions aimed at business customers) and private voice-over IP solutions. B3G had been under 'savegarde' since August 2008 under its own initiative and had recently completed its plan following court approval.
Managers Patrice Giami, Christophe Bach and Cedric Pochard will also cede their stakes in the company.
AXA PE and Partech initially invested EUR 16m in 2006 as a first round of financing.
