
FRANCE - Bryan, Garnier & Co appoints new hardware and telecommunications director
European investment bank Bryan, Garnier & Co has announced the appointment of Olivier Beaudouin as a director in charge of hardware and telecommunications.
Beaudouin has previously worked in Société Générale's M&A TMT group in Paris, and for corporate finance outfit Cowen & Co, in London. He began his career with Société Générale in New York and Sao Paolo, where he provided capital raising and advisory services to Latin American companies. Key achievements include the Alcatel/Lucent merger, Thales' sale of non-core assets, and the IPO of Axalto.
