
UK - CBCF appoints new MD for leisure and retail sector group
Close Brothers Corporate Finance has bolstered its senior management team, appointing Michael Dubois as the new managing director of its leisure and retail sector group.
Dubois has been a member of the leisure and retail group since 1999. He has acted for numerous companies in this space, with a particular focus on the restaurants, pubs and bars market. Examples of companies he has advised include Tragus, the restaurant group, which he advised on ownership options, leading to its £267m sale to the Blackstone Group; Alchemy on its £62 million take-private of Floors-2-Go; and Carluccio’s on its £54 million AIM IPO.
