UK - LDC to open Scotland office

LDC is planning to establish a dedicated new business team in Scotland as part of its continued expansion. The new office, to be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh, will be LDC's eleventh regional office bringing its total number of offices to 12 including its London headquarters. LDC is currently recruiting for senior investment professionals to head its Scottish operation. The move supports LDCт€™s commitment to being the UKт€™s most active mid-market private equity house in the ТЃ5m to ТЃ250m deal range with the largest regional network. The official opening of the office is expected in the second half of 2007.
