GERMANY – Hanse Industriekapital acquires Balda subsidiaries

According to reports, Hanse Industriekapital has acquired Balda Solutions and Balda Werkzeugbau from German mobile phone supplier Balda AG.

In order to divest the loss-making subsidiaries, Balda was reported to have had to pay a ‘higher, one digit million EUR sum’. The news follows the failed attempt to sell the subsidiaries to Aurelius Invest.
