
UK - Summit makes two promotions
Summit Partners has announced the promotion of two executives in its London office.
Sotiris Lyritzis has been appointed general partner having previously held the position of principal. Lyritzis joined the company in 2002 from eLabsEurope AG, a Munich-based internet procurement company focused on the life sciences industry, which he co-founded. He has also previously held various positions for JP Morgan.
Christian Strain has been promoted to the position of Principal following a period as vice president. Strain joined the company in 2005 from Apax Partners, where he was a member of the technology team in the Paris office.
There have also been three promotions in Summit's Boston office, where Thomas Jennings and Peter Connolly have been promoted to general partner and prinical respectively, and in the Paulo Alto office, where Greg Goldfarb has been promoted to prinicipal.
