SWEDEN - FSN Capital acquires Aura Group from Bridgepoint

Aura, the Swedish long life lighting manufacturer, has been sold by Bridgepoint to FSN Capital Partners AS. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.

Aura focuses on the development, manufacture and sale of long life fluorescent lamps for industrial and commercial use. The long life and high reliability of Aura’s lamps means customers have to replace lamps less frequently.

HSH Nordbank will provide the debt financing the transaction.
