
Ireland - Delta Partners and Enterprise Ireland exit Xiam
Delta Partners and Enterprise Ireland have sold their stakes in software company Xiam to Nasdaq listed Qualcomm. Qualcomm has acquired Xiam for $32m.
Xiam has raised around EUR 10.5m from a variety of investors since its founding in 1999. Delta Partners and Enterprise Ireland, together with managament, invested approximately EUR 1m to fund the development of the company. Xiam employs 30 people in its Dublin office and 12,500 people worldwide.
